Brooks Note Winery custom crush or AP availability in our downtown Petaluma production facility. We are a boutique producer that consistently receives 90+ point ratings from major publications. Our minimum lot size is one ton and our equipment and facility are geared toward making ultra-premium small lot wines. We have greatest availability for early and late-season grapes (outside of September), as we produce mainly Pinot Noir. Our $2500/ton price includes one year of barrel storage and one racking.
