| READY TO HARVEST FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER. MAKE AN OFFER. Lovall Valley location. The land was ripped in 1999 and a 4 acre Napa Valley Bordeaux vineyard was planted in 2000. 75% Cab plus Merlot, some Cab Franc and a row each of Petit Verdot and Malbac. Production was under contract with Artesa Winery from 2002 through 2007 harvests. Current management company is the Dirt Farmer & Co. (contact Keith Kunde 707.326.9306).
