Second year of minimal irrigation after 19 years of dry farming. Limestone calcareous clay and steep slopes produce highly concentrated and intense mineral driven and fruit with exceptional acids. We have past vintages available to sample.
Expecting about 1 ton availability per varietal. Perfect for small lots or a bigger blend, can work with smaller hobby sized quantities.
