We are a premium custom crush facility specializing in small lot production, offering full service fruit processing, fermentation and barrel aging with mobile bottling also available.

The Caves at Soda Canyon hospitality program offers opportunities for AP clients unavailable at other custom crush facilities.
- AP clients get access to host their own DTC private tastings in our 22,000 sq ft cave.
- AP clients may have the opportunity to sell their wines though the Caves at Soda Canyon collective tastings and wine club program.
