We are a family owned, well established vineyard management company working primarily in the Napa & Sonoma County. We are looking for an Assistant Vineyard Manager to assist with the day to day management operations and development of vineyards.

Essential Job Duties:

•  Assist vineyard manager in coordinating work for labor crews and other vineyard personnel.
•  Manage and improve workforce training and performance.
•  Ensure day- to- day vineyard operations are completed safely and efficiently.
•  Perform duties as assigned by manager.
•  Perform safety inspections (site, equipment, practices, etc.)
•  Must have experience with farm equipment.

Skills, knowledge & Training:
•  3-5 years minimum experience working in vineyards.
•  Viticulture Associates Degree preferred, but not required.
•  QAL Certificate preferred but not required.
•  Experience with managing field crews.
•  Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, some holidays, seasonal night duties, periodic overtime.
•  Must have a clean and valid CA Driver License.


Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by the factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills and ability of the applicant.
