Reporting to the winery owners, the General Manager at Trattore Farms and Winery is a cornerstone role, pivotal in driving the company to new heights. This leadership position demands a blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, where you will oversee all aspects of the business operations, from vineyard and olive grove management to winery operations, marketing, sales, and guest services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound alignment with our core values, exhibiting an unwavering drive to propel our team and operations towards our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Formulate and execute strategic plans to secure sustainable growth, ensuring the production of high-quality, authentic products.
•  Oversee all operational aspects, promoting efficiency, excellence, and fiscal prudence across departments.
•  Lead, inspire, and develop our diverse team to cultivate a culture of innovation, excellence, passion, and ongoing improvement.
•  Foster relationships with community partners, suppliers, and clientele to enhance our market presence and community integration.
•  Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting the winery and farm operations.
•  Act as a public ambassador for the company, demonstrating our dedication to quality, sustainability, and community at industry events and through media interactions.

Qualifications:
•  Proven leadership in general management, ideally within the winery, hospitality, or agribusiness sectors.
•  A verifiable track record of steering organizations towards sustainable, profitable growth.
•  Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse team.
•  Excellent strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
•  Solid financial acumen and understanding of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
•  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•  In-depth understanding of wine industry trends and challenges strongly preferred.
•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent being advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
•  Salary: Starting at $120,000, commensurate with experience.
•  PTO: Unlimited PTO policy.
