Single Vineyard wine from Lazy W vineyard just south of WS. 100% barrel ferment, MLF complete. 20% new French oak (medium and blonde toast) / used french oak (Damy, Sylvain). Pressed gently 140 gal/ton yield. Currently stirring on the lees, unfined, unfiltered.
