Historically. site free of smoke-taint do to location. 3 blocks of Pinot Noir (Pommard, 667, 777) on 3309. 100% bird netted, south facing slope, vine spacing 6x3, less than 1mile from hwy26, and planted 2014. Soil is Cornelius and Kinton silt loams. The vineyard is managed professionally. Initial 2025 plan is 1.5 clusters per shoot, but would work with buyer on specific needs.
