Brick & Mortar Custom Crush (formally known as Healdsburg Custom Crush) is located in the heart of Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley and currently has select availability for the 2025 harvest. We focus on premium small lot production from 3-25 ton lots, including sparkling wine production. Our state-or-the-art equipment includes a fully automated optical sorting line, two bladder presses, 25+ open and closed-top fermenters, as well as numerous tanks from 180 gallons up to 6,500 gallons. We also have a full bottling line located onsite as well as a full riddling and disgorging line for our small lot sparkling wine production. We offer full service from grape to bottle, as well as a full laboratory set-up with our SPICA, an automatic enzymatic auto-analyzer. APs are also considered.
