Anacreon Winery is a new custom crush facility in the heart of the Chehalem Mountains AVA. We are a certified Biodynamic Winery through Demeter USA. We specialize in small batch, fine wine production and we are dedicated to providing our clients the highest quality winemaking services. We are offering premium custom crush winemaking services with a minimum quantity of 5 tons. We offer assistance with vineyard sourcing, packaging procurement, and winemaking consultation. Our winemaking team has experience ranging from sparkling wine production, aromatic whites, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and even Bordeaux varietals.

Our state of the art equipment was purchased new in 2024 from Euromachines USA and includes:
•  Grape hopper and 6 foot stainless steel vibrating sorting table
•  AS-04 Destemmer with dual rotation speed and direction
•  Incline conveyor with optional grape crusher for white wines
•  30 HL Europress with open or closed press configuration
•  Three independent barrel bays offering a range of fermentation and aging tempratures.
•  Optima barrel steamer for sanitation and barrel prep
•  Hot and Cold glycol
•  On-demand hot water system
•  Yamada air pump and positive-displacement Oenopompe with flow meter
