Archer Vineyard, now under new management is offering up to 150tons (~9500cases) of available custom crush space. We provide full winemaking services accommodating varying levels of involvement on behalf of the client based on their needs. Ideally we are seeking clients looking to produce 5-50tons.


What is provided:
- A winemaker with over 10 years of experience working with both small and large fermentations and seasoned custom crush management, who will manage operations and provide consultation.
- A full sorting line, including a very gentle Scharfenberger Euroselect destemmer
- A 2-Ton Europress (bladder)
- High pressure barrel washer
- Barrel steamer
- 180F hot water stations and compressed air hookups
- Temperature and humidity controlled barrel storage
- Basic lab analysis including brix, pH, SO2, and ML chromatography
- Cold fruit storage for processing
- 48” (1.5ton) plastic macro bin fermenters (larger jacketed stainless steel tanks may be available for fermentation depending on client’s needs.
- Blending Tanks
- Glycol chilling
- SO2, tartaric acid, sugar, and other winemaking additives, as well as all chemicals for sanitation.
- Food grade nitrogen and argon, access to dry ice during harvest
- Other equipment required for wine production (pumps, hoses etc.)
