Artifex Wine Company, located in the heart of the Walla Walla Valley, is a full-service custom crush winery with select space available for the 2025 vintage. Founded in 2007, Artifex brings nearly two decades of experience in providing high-quality, grape-to-bottle production services tailored to each client's vision.

As a dedicated custom crush facility, we focus exclusively on client production—delivering operational excellence and trusted winemaking support every step of the way.
We welcome both Alternating Proprietorships and traditional Custom Crush clients.

Our facility is equipped with a wide range of fermentation options, including variable capacity tanks (3 to 8 tons), two Willmes presses with 2.3-ton whole cluster capacity, and a cutting-edge Bertolaso mobile bottling line. Our winemaking process is supported by temperature-controlled fermenters, three fully insulated and humidity-regulated barrel rooms, and a full-service analytical lab equipped with an Admeo Spica automatic analyzer—ensuring data-driven precision and quality assurance from start to finish.
