2019 French Oak barrels, well maintained and in great condition, from a variety of cooperages including Tonnellerie, Darnajou, Touranesol, St. Martin, Taransaud, and Vicard. Filled three to four times so getting close to neutral, although I'm guessing there's still a year or two of oak extraction left in them. Lots of Gold Medal wine made in these barrels! $50 each. Available now in Sonoma.
