This is a state-of-the-art destemming and crushing system. Includes a nearly-new Extractiv centrifugal "crusher" unit that selectively crushes only the ripe berries, and spits out unripe ones. Known for providing remarkably clean fruit with gentle motion, removing all raisins and petioles and everything you don’t want. Easy to program depending on berry size and condition. Capacity: 3-10 tons/hour. 480V, 3ph. Located in Napa County.
