2025 Harvest Intern

Dunn Vineyards

Angwin, CA

Job Description:

Dunn Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery founded by Randy and Lori Dunn on Howell Mountain in 1979, now in its third generation of the Dunn family. The winery produces a Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and has an AP with Retro Cellars, Mike and Kara Dunn’s second-generation label making Petite Sirah, Syrah, and rosé. We produce approximately 100T in total. We are hiring a harvest intern to work with co-proprietor Mike Dunn, winemaker Ted Kizor, and our farmer, Alex Dunn to produce wines of quality and honesty.

The internship will begin in late August and end before Thanksgiving. Candidates must be willing to work early hours, be diligent in cleaning, intellectually curious, able to lift 50 pounds, speak fluent English, and have fun working hard. Tasks will include cleaning and prepping tanks and equipment, sampling, crush, dig-outs, pressing, inoculations, additions, and barrel work (on stillage - fun!). We are a small team and excited for the right person to be a part of it!

Compensation is $21-24, DOE.
