Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is perfect for someone passionate about wine, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a team-oriented, high-touch service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable wine tastings for guests, educating them on our estate vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and portfolio.

Foster relationships with guests to encourage wine sales, wine club memberships, and repeat visits.

Provide outstanding hospitality through table-side service, private tastings, and special events.

Process wine sales, wine club sign-ups, and reservations efficiently through our POS system.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming tasting room environment.

Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking as needed.

Participate in winery events and occasional off-site promotional activities.

Stay informed about current wine releases, club offerings, and brand stories.

Qualifications:
Previous tasting room, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.

Strong interest in wine, with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.

Professional, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings for special events.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
