SUMMARY
The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator ensures inventory accuracy and security across internal and third-party warehouses. Responsibilities include daily and monthly reconciliations, stock level management, restocking orders, and coordinating deliveries. The role also involves handling reports, receiving wine deliveries, preparing shipments, and maintaining compliance with wine shipping regulations. Additional duties include stocking retail areas, organizing wine storage rooms, cleaning the warehouse, and managing packing materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and efficient in managing inventory and logistics.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Works closely with Inventory Controller and Supply Chain Manager to support inventory quality control.
•  Assists with the security and accurate daily accounting of inventory and reconciliation at various internal inventory locations.
•  Supports with monthly inventory reconciliation of 3rd party wine storage and order fulfillment warehouses.
•  Works with extensive Excel spreadsheets, various reports, and security camera system to help with daily and monthly inventory reconciliation.
•  Responsible for evaluating and maintain adequate inventory stock levels at tasting room. As well as supporting and evaluating the adequate stock levels at 3rd party fulfillment warehouse.
•  Places restocking orders and arranges the logistics with the corresponding delivery carrier(s).
•  Physically stocks the retail wine and tasting rooms as needed throughout the week.
•  Occasionally transports wine packages and other material to onsite and offsite locations or clients.
•  Responsible for all receiving and ensures that all wine deliveries, wine returns and packing supplies are securely stored. Ensures that all applicable paperwork is adequately completed.
•  Prepares FedEx/UPS labels and packs all in-house parcels including wine & non-wine materials.
•  Adheres to all wine shipping compliance rules and regulations.
•  Organizes, cleans and maintains the wine storage rooms and warehouse.
•  Order and maintain an adequate supply of parcel and other packing materials.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

•  Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook
•  High school graduate or GED equivalent.
•  Organized and detail oriented
•  Ability to work independently as necessary
•  AMS and Commerce7 knowledge a plus.
•  Forklift certified or ability to learn and become certified
•  Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
•  Valid California Driver’s License and clean DMV record
•  Ability to drive company vehicles as needed
•  Must be able to read and follow all safety material and written work orders


PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to:
Lift at least 50 pounds repetitively
Be able to push/pull a loaded pallet jack at least 100 feet
Able to stand, walk, bend, sit for prolong and repeated periods of time
Frequently climb ladders and stairs


WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The work environment consists of approximately 50% warehouse/ 50% office environment. Sitting for long periods of time. Work in a temperate controlled warehouse (55-60 degrees) for prolong periods of time. At times may be exposed to outdoor weather environment including heat, cold, and rain.
