The Role
As the Tasting Room Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience. We are looking for an innovative leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive sales, elevate service, and inspire a team while upholding the exceptional culture of Breathless Sparkling Wines. This role offers an opportunity to shine in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while sharing your love of sparkling wines with guests from around the world.

Responsibilities:
•  Deliver WOW-worthy experiences by creating an engaging, welcoming, and educational atmosphere for all visitors.
•  Lead and inspire the tasting room team, fostering a positive, ambitious, and hospitality-driven culture.
•  Boost sales & club memberships through strategic initiatives, exceptional service, and relationship-building.
•  Develop and execute memorable events, collaborations, and seasonal experiences.
•  Manage inventory, ordering, and product presentation to ensure seamless operations.
•  Oversee hospitality operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
•  Be a brand ambassador—share the Breathless story, educate guests on our wines, and build lasting relationships with customers.
•  Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and uphold best practices in safety and service.
•  Lead, inspire, and empower the tasting room team, fostering a positive, collaborative, kind, ambitious and customer-centric culture.
