The Walls Vineyards and PÁŠXA Wines are seeking a Wine Sales & Hospitality Lead to play a key role in our tasting room and direct-to-consumer sales efforts.

As a key player on our hospitality and sales team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping guest experiences, driving wine club memberships, and contributing to our long-term success.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Hospitality: You’ll be at the forefront of our guest experience, ensuring every visitor—whether a first-time taster or longtime collector—feels welcomed, engaged, and inspired.
- Sell with Passion: Drive wine sales, club memberships, and guest retention through genuine connection and enthusiasm. You'll work closely with our Direct to Consumer team on strategic sales initiatives.
- Educate & Inspire: Share the stories behind our wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy in a way that makes guests feel part of something special.
- Elevate Our Tasting Room Experience: Work alongside the Hospitality Director to create and refine top-tier guest experiences.
- Support Our Wine Club & Membership Growth: Assist in member communication, operations, retention strategies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our most loyal customers.
- Be Part of the Action: Participate in events, host private tastings, and occasionally travel to support DTC sales across the PNW region.
Who You Are:
- A Sales-Driven Wine Nerd: You love wine, and you love selling it. You know that hospitality and sales go hand in hand, and you thrive in an environment where your enthusiasm translates into results.
- A Natural Storyteller: You don’t just describe tasting notes—you bring the wine to life.
- Experienced in Hospitality & Wine Sales: Whether through tasting room leadership, wine club concierge work, or phone sales, you understand the nuances of direct-to-consumer sales in the wine industry.
- A Team Player with Leadership Potential: You’re proactive, adaptable, and ready to grow with us.
- Comfortable with a Thursday–Monday Schedule: You’ll be working our busiest days when the tasting room buzzes with energy and opportunity.
Bonus Points for:
Wine Certifications: WSET, Sommelier, or WISE training
Phone Sales Experience: You can turn a follow-up call into a lasting customer relationship.
Creative Thinking: You see opportunities where others see challenges.
And:
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
