Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain vineyard equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Maintain a safe driving record; Class A license preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
- Support vineyard operations with a project-oriented mindset.
- Safely transport equipment and materials.
- Work closely with the vineyard team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adapt to changing conditions and problem-solve in the field.

Qualifications:

- Class A license or capability to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of farm and vineyard equipment operation.
- Mechanically inclined—comfortable troubleshooting and performing minor repairs.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong communicator.
