As a member of the Revelry hospitality team, you are the most essential part of the guest experience. You are responsible for executing all hospitality activities, from leading our guests through our guided flight experiences, hosting winery tours, inviting guests to become members of our wine club, and executing beautiful hosted events on the property. As a team, we are committed to the highest levels of service and hospitality standards, and it will be asked of you to adopt the habits to meet and further our level of execution. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide excellent customer service during tastings, tours, and private events.
• The ability to clearly articulate all information on Revelry Vintners wines, winemaking program, the viticultural areas of the Columbia Valley in a polished and confident but approachable manner.
• You must be able to serve our food items safely.
• The ability to operate our POS System, Orderport, and reservation system skillfully.
• Answering phones, with the ability to assist members and guests with all inquiries.
• Execution of opening and closing duties in the tasting room while upholding our standard of excellence and cleanliness.
Bonus qualifications and skills:
• Knowledge of wine, winemaking, and viticulture techniques
• Experience in the wine industry
• Previous hospitality/retail sales experience
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and weekends
• Passion for wine
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Minimum Requirements:
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old
• Maintain or will acquire MAST certification (WSLCB)
• Maintain or will obtain Walla Walla County Health Departments Food Handler Permit
• Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours+) and able to lift 40 pounds repeatedly
