Position Overview:
We are seeking a warm, detail-oriented Tasting Room Concierge to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role ensures a seamless experience from arrival to departure by managing reservations, greeting guests, providing information about our offerings, and supporting the tasting room team in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact, the Tasting Room Concierge will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins for tastings and tours, and ensure a smooth guest flow. This role requires excellent communication skills to answer inquiries, provide details about our wine offerings and membership options, and coordinate seating with the tasting room team. The Concierge will also play a key role in personalizing guest visits by accommodating special requests and offering thoughtful recommendations.
Beyond guest interactions, this position is responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming concierge station. The Concierge will assist in answering phone calls and emails, ensuring efficient communication with guests. This role may also involve supporting the tasting room team with operational needs to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Assist with managing reservations and updating the system as needed.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting front entrance and concierge area.
• Support special events and private tastings by coordinating guest arrivals.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (training provided).
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support all aspects of tasting room operations.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
• The role requires standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• The Tasting Room Concierge will primarily be stationed at the entrance and concierge desk but will frequently interact with guests and team members throughout the property.
Schedule & Compensation:
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Competitive hourly rate and tips, and incentive structure based on all sales made in the Tasting Room.
