About Parable:
FTM Wine Company is a fast growing Napa Valley Based Wine startup. Backed by FTM Investments we have made significant strides in the past 12 months including the launch of two brands, Parable Wines, a luxury brand focused on single vineyard wines from the greatest vineyards in Northern California, and Home Run Cellars a super premium brand with Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Rhone Red Blend.

Key Responsibilities
-Market Sales & Growth (75%)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers to achieve sales targets
-Expand distribution and open new accounts while strengthening existing partnerships
-Support accounts with tastings, events, staff training, and overall brand education
-Manage inventory updates, delivery timelines, allocations, and pricing insights

Planning & Administration (25%)
-Strategically plan your work week using insights and sales data
-Communicate orders efficiently, track shipments/placements
-Provide regular updates to Company Leadership on market trends, challenges, and opportunities
-Manage expenses, submit timely reports, and respond to emails within six business hours
-Stay current on industry trends through continued education and networking

What We're Looking For
-Industry Expertise – Experience in wholesale, supplier, or distributor roles, with a strong understanding of the three-tier system
-Sales & Relationship Building – Proven ability to develop business and maintain key partnerships
-Strategic & Organized – Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and execute with precision
-Wine Knowledge – Strong understanding of the industry and a passion for great wine
-Excellent Communication – Clear, concise, and effective in both verbal and written communication
-Self-Motivated – Works independently while collaborating effectively with teams and distributors

What We Offer
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 + Bonus Opportunity
