About the Role

The Supply Strategy Senior Analyst will own data analysis and lead core processes that impact overall supply performance and contribute to the Americas Supply Strategy. This role will be a key partner to various stakeholders across the Treasury Americas Supply Organization - including winemaking, viticulture, finance and Supply leadership - providing actional insights that drive efficiency and profit optimization across our portfolio of wine brands (20+ brands, 300+ SKUs).

This role requires excellent data storytelling, advanced analytical skills, and experience or a keen interest in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Leverage data and advanced modelling to analyse Supply performance metrics, prepare reports and present actional insights to key stakeholders across the Supply organization and senior management
* Manage and execute grape and wine allocation process to drive profit optimization; includes development of annual grape sourcing strategy and tactical harvest planning
* Manage the Grape Resources supply-demand process and recommend solutions to address structural excess and deficits
* Develop annual and 5-year grape purchases and sales budget (internal and external)
* Develop business cases and submission documents for all vineyard capital projects
* Drive and maintain 5-year capital expenditure plan across the Supply organization, working with stakeholders to define requirements, provide a roadmap to implementation and communicate to leadership
* Develop the data model and participate in annual product strategy reviews to identify and drive margin improvement opportunities
* Monitor and evaluate vineyard performance metrics and develop models to forecast and support operational planning; Collaborate with IT and agricultural technology vendors to integrate technology and advanced analytics
* Provide analysis and project management as requested on a per-project basis, including the development of supply chain strategy, and domestic and global special projects to drive efficiency and profit optimization

About you
* You have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Viticulture & Enology, Finance or related discipline
* You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in wine, agricultural, food and beverage, supply chain management or related industry
* You have demonstrated ability to consolidate large amounts of data from multiple sources, draw conclusions and recommendations, and present results in executive-ready format
* You have demonstrated ability to engage in successful negotiations with internal stakeholders
* You have demonstrated ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities of a large organization
* You have strong business acumen
* You have strong detail and accuracy orientation
* You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI
* Modelling and database building skills are essential

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $100,000 to $121,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range.
