We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Customer Service Representative & Logistics professional to join our team in the wine & spirits industry. This is a key role that blends customer service responsibilities: directly communicating inventory, pricing and allocations of a diverse, complex portfolio of several hundred unique SKUs to high end clients and sales reps, as well as handling various aspects of logistics: directly working with freight carriers, warehouses and vineyards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in line with wine distribution regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, with specific attention to orders, product availability, delivery schedules/issues, and general information.
Heavy data entry, utilizing ERP Microsoft Business Central
Working with a complex price list, which includes hundreds of unique wine, spirit, and sake SKUs with various pricing levels and discount structures.
Provide professional and knowledgeable service to a range of clients, from private collectors to distributors, restaurants, and retailers.
Handle returns, breakage claims, and customer complaints with efficiency and empathy.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
Foster long-term relationships with customers through high satisfaction standards, to encourage repeat business.
Collect and relay customer feedback with the goal of continuous improvement.


Logistics:
Manage daily order processing, from receipt of purchase orders, through to final delivery.
Coordinate with and provide support to distributors, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Track shipments and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including customs, excise duties, and alcohol shipping laws.
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documents, and invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records, account allocations, and billing of shipments.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics or customer service, ideally within the wine, beverage sectors.


Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics software/CRM systems.


Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and alcohol regulations is highly desirable.
