A Texas Sales Manager role is available at a fast-growing premium French rose brand.

About The Role:
The Texas Sales Manager will be concentrated on growing both volume and distribution in Texas with a heavy emphasis on Dallas, Austin and Houston. The ideal candidate is based in Dallas.

We are looking for someone who can execute monthly and annual sales goals for Texas via these channels:

* Continually foster current relationships and sculpt new ones to drive sales.

* Engage and motivate our distributor partner to meet or exceed their mutually agreed-upon annual/quarterly goals.

* Utilize existing connections with key retail partners and buyers to develop off premise business.

* Schedule and conduct any and all in-store tastings, staff trainings, distributor and winemaker workwiths, and other trade/consumer events (wine dinners/in store tastings) planning and execution.

* Use our internal data to strategically target accounts and grow/regain business.

* Provide input towards smart and effective pricing, incentives and deals with our VP Sales, and help manage the regional budget accordingly

* Collaborate with our VP Sales in order to manage proper inventory levels at a distributor-level.

* Work with our CEO to execute on account leads (particularly with On Premise restaurant groups) while maximizing presence with existing placements.

What You Need to Join our Team:

* Extensive adult beverage sales experience and someone who is resilient, tenacious, patient, and has a strong ability to find a way to succeed.

* An extensive network of Texas account contacts they could connect our brand with immediately.

* 4 year college degree required.

* Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.

* Comfortable working when your customers need you to – which could include late nights, early mornings, weekend or holidays as necessary to support sales. Travel throughout the Texas will be required.

* History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct.

* Must have valid drivers license and vehicle.
