About the role
This role will be responsible for ensuring producers have the necessary onboarding and ongoing training and understanding of the platform's capabilities and features. Through phone calls, Zoom meetings, live webinars, video recordings, and creating help documents, the ideal candidate will empower producers in a helpful, friendly, supportive manner to achieve the maximum usage and potential from their Vinoshipper relationship. Regular schedule Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm PST with some weekend work required.

Requirements:

•  Minimum of 5 years work experience in a winery tasting room or other customer-facing winery role.

•  Excellent computer skills and technical skills including working with multiple interfacing platforms, video conferencing, and CRMs.

•  Engaging, fun, friendly communicator. Ability to present opportunities and positives of using our platform to an audience with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

•  Be the face and voice of our platform for producers during their learning experience. Be alert to and explore growth opportunities when working with producers.

•  Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and producer retention.

•  An aptitude for identifying and anticipating customer and producer needs.

•  Be open to sharing mistakes and successes and willing to learn and grow from them.

•  Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment

•  Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, strong time-management

•  Excellent communication skills & dedication to customer satisfaction.

Terms of employment
Competitive Compensation based on location and experience, CA $28 - $32 DOE; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance covered at 100% for employees; FSA plan; flexible, work-from-home schedule; generous time-off policy; and 401(k) plan.
