We are currently placing an experienced individual with established sales relationships in the Northern Florida.

Our District Managers, work within a defined market, and oversee sales operations to ensure the attainment of established sales goals, and distributor objectives.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
• Provide sales management and coverage within the geographic market.
• Build upon existing current distributor and key account relationships to gain access and exposure.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on competitor information, product placement and market trends to set up pricing and sales programs that drive sales.
• Assist Regional Manager in developing and managing sales incentives and support programs to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
• Work to strengthen existing relationships and develop new distribution for all brands in key accounts.
• Represent a luxury quality wine portfolio with pride.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements:
• 5 years distributor, wholesale, or supplier related wine sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and distribution goals.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of industry in the assigned market.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adopting new technology and software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.
• Clean DMV record.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance and kneel.
• Ability to lift and carry 45 pounds.
• Must reside in the market assigned.

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. The Wine Club Event Manager focuses on the planning, coordination, and execution of events designed for wine club members, ensuring exceptional experiences that achieve member retention and engagement. This role specializes in member relationship management, event logistics, and delivering unique, brand-aligned experiences.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
• Plan and execute wine club events including but not limited to marquee events, winemaker dinners, destination and after events.
• Conduct pre-event outreach to members to drive attendance and ensure satisfaction during and after events.
• Lead the creation of the wine club event calendar, organize staffing and hosts, and manage communications and invitations in advance.
• Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Prepare detailed BEOs (run of show) and support effective event promotions with marketing efforts.
• Oversee venue setup, décor, catering, and other event elements, ensuring alignment with the brand and wine club standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including hospitality, marketing, and winemaking, and facilities team to create cohesive and memorable events.
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial goals.
• Monitor event profitability and compile and submit post-event reports for analysis and strategic planning within two weeks of event completion.
• Handle member RSVPs, ticketing systems, and follow-up communications to ensure seamless registration and post-event feedback.
