About the Position
Brave and Maiden Estate is looking for part-time, weekday/weekends/holidays/events team members to help deliver unforgettable experiences for guests visiting our tasting room.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasting Room Operations: helps with tasting room floor operations which include but are not limited to: maintaining housekeeping standards (ensuring the safety, productivity, and on-brand aesthetic for all visitors), conducting opening and closing procedures including cash handling, and overseeing tasting menus and collateral.
Hospitality: conducts daily tasting programs, VIP experiences & events that are unforgettable and leaves lasting impressions on guests and ultimately builds relationships between them and the brand.
DTC Sales: achieves retail and profitability goals through Wine Club Membership sign-ups, tasting room sales, events and data collection.

Wine knowledge is not required, but preferred.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one year working in wine retail sales, restaurants, hotels, or another hospitality industry
POS skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Following are a few physical requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions and key responsibilities of this position.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner at all times.
Frequent operation of computer and other office equipment
The ability to stand for long periods of time, but also sit at a workstation, walk, climb stairs, bend, lift, twist, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach and stoop as needed, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
