Clos du Val Winery—an iconic Napa Valley estate rooted in Stags Leap history—is looking for a sharp, energetic, and hospitality-minded Membership & Loyalty Manager to oversee our Wine Club, Outbound Sales, and Member Services operations.
This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who’s equal parts data-driven and people-focused—someone who understands that wine clubs aren’t just shipments, but stories.

What You’ll Be Doing
• ? Leading our wine club and member experience strategy from end to end—think retention, perks, and personalized service.
• ?? Managing outbound sales campaigns that turn guests into lifelong fans.
• ?? Coordinating club shipments, inventory, pricing, and shipping logistics (hello spreadsheets).
• ?? Supporting and elevating our guest services and concierge teams—2 direct reports, lots of opportunity.
• ?? Analyzing data, streamlining operations, and driving revenue through smart, intentional loyalty strategy.
• ?? Hitting KPIs and earning bonuses while you do it.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
• Has 3–5+ years of experience in wine club or DTC management (premium wine brand experience = a plus!)
• Is highly organized, systems-savvy, and loves digging into logistics and customer data
• Leads with both accountability and heart—you know how to build teams that perform
• Is based in Napa Valley or excited to be—this role is 100% onsite
• Is excited to grow with us—this role has potential to evolve into a broader Hospitality Manager role
