Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our winery. This individual will be the central point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring smooth office functionality and strong communication across departments. The ideal candidate has strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting a fast-paced and collaborative environment in the wine industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for general inquiries from clients, vendors, and partners
•  Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
•  Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall organization of the workspace
•  Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups
•  Maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, compliance documents, production records, and other critical paperwork
•  Support tasting room and sales teams by preparing printed materials, shipping collateral, and organizing documentation
•  Track key deadlines and assist with reporting and administrative compliance (ABC, TTB, etc.)
•  Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and on-site appointments
•  Assist with onboarding of new employees and support basic HR functions
•  Provide general administrative support to management and winemaking teams as needed

Qualifications:
•  4+ years of experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in the wine, hospitality, or CPG industries
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
•  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
•  Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
•  Familiarity with winery operations or a general understanding of wine production and distribution is a plus
