Position: Seasonal Laboratory Team Member
Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day plus overtime and shift work as needed
Long hours and weekend work are required during harvest.
Job Summary:
Performs specific team activities with full supervision. Usually assists other team members. May perform some routine tasks independently.
• Represents Napa Wine Company in a competent and professional way.
• Interacts primarily with lab supervisor and other lab technicians to understand expectations.

No experience necessary but must be able to communicate with co-workers.
Able to read and write clearly.
Proficient in algebra and basic chemistry
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Past experience in Bottling line Quality Control would be a plus.
High school Diploma.
Equipment used for the job:
Lab wet chemistry apparatus, spectrophotometers, O2 meters, IR alcoholyzer, vacuum filter, centrifuge, auto-titrater, computer, calculator, automated enzymatic analyzer.
