Join Anacréon Winery for the season as a Tasting Room Wine Experience Curator. This role is perfect for those with a passion for wine and customer service. As a Seasonal Tasting Room Staff member, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring each visitor leaves with a memorable experience and a greater appreciation for Anacréon wines.

Responsibilities:
•  Greet and serve guests in a friendly and informative manner.
•  Conduct wine tasting experiences with a high touch, educational and friendly demeanor
•  Assist guests in selecting wines, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
•  Handle sales transactions and properly manage inventory at the tasting room.
•  Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the tasting room.
•  Help with the setup and breakdown of events and special functions.
•  Ensure compliance with all relevant alcohol regulations and laws.

Requirements:
•  Must be 21+ years of age or older.
•  Previous customer service experience, preferably in a winery, hospitality or retail setting.
•  A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
•  A keen interest in learning about and discussing wine.
•  Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required.
•  Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 40 pounds.

Preferred:
•  1-2 years knowledge of or experience in the wine industry.
•  1-2 years sales experiences in retail or wine.
•  Experience in the wine industry, fine dining, luxury restaurants or country clubs.
•  OLCC server permit.
•  Oregon Food-Handlers Permit Required.

Training: All Seasonal Tasting Room Staff will receive comprehensive training on our wines, the winemaking process, and customer service standards to ensure you are fully prepared to meet the needs of our guests.
