Position Overview:
The Donum Estate is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our winemaking team with custom crush operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Winery Operations, this critical role is responsible for overseeing the custom crush operations from harvest through bottling at the offsite winery facility.
Some of the job duties:

• Schedule and oversee all winery operations in conjunction with Director(s).
• Manage the cellar team on day-to-day custom crush operations.
• Order cellar and harvest supplies.
• Receive deliveries and monitor inventory of cellar and bottling supplies.
• Coordinate movement of wine and barrels between the two winery facilities.
• Maintain cellar hygiene.
• Maintain topping schedule and inventory of wine.
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance of cellar equipment and infrastructure.
• Barrel maintenance and inventory.
• Responsible for PPE and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary Range:
• $90,000 to $100,000
