Fullerton Wines is looking for someone to join our small, hands-on, winemaking team for the 2025 harvest. We are a family run business that explores the rich and varied AVAs of the Willamette Valley by expressing the distinct personality of each vineyard and vintage in the bottle. We produce about 10,000 cases/year in our shared winery space in Corvallis, and have a lot of fun doing it!

This year we will be crushing around 190 tons of grapes, roughly 60% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Gris, and the remainder Sauvignon Blanc and other aromatic whites. We work with Pinot Noir from every subAVA in the Willamette Valley, and white varieties from all around the valley.

The position starts in late August and runs to the beginning of November, encompassing almost every aspect of the winemaking process from grape to bottle. Prior experience is welcome, but not a must (pun intended).

Responsibilities and duties include:
Vineyard sampling
Fruit receival, sorting, and processing
Cleaning/sanitization of tanks and equipment
Barrel cleaning/steaming
Fermentation/cap management
Racking
Barreling down
Topping off barrels
Bottling
Lab analysis
Forklift operation
Smelling and tasting the lovely wines as they ferment away

Qualifications and requirements:
Interest in learning about wine, farming, and winemaking
Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Ability to work on your feet for long periods
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to walk up and down stairs repeatedly
Enthusiasm for working with the team towards the common goal of making delicious Oregon wines

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay with overtime
Lunch is provided when fruit starts coming in
Dinner is provided on nights we work late
