Our company specializes in representing family producers and artisans from renowned regions worldwide. We are especially passionate about representing a diverse selection of high-quality, organic, and sustainably sourced products. Domestic and European wines and Mexican spirits are our specialty.

A Lagniappe Sales Representative must...

- Manage and expand sales within designated territories, catering to a diverse clientele including retail and restaurant outlets (both large and small).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service - low ego, high accountability.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and educational events to promote our unique range of wines, spirits, and exclusive products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals of setting industry trends.
- Effectively communicate and liaise between customers and the company, providing timely feedback and ensuring seamless coordination of orders and deliveries.

Experience required...

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wine and spirits industry or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and passion for wines, spirits, and related products, including an understanding of different varietals, regions, and production methods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a large geographical area efficiently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse client base.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment.
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability for evening or weekend events as needed.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
