*2025 DeLille Cellars Harvest Internship
DeLille Cellars in Woodinville, WA (30 min outside of Seattle) is looking for a strong team of passionate vintage workers for the 2025 harvest. DeLille is set to crush 850+ tons of Bordeaux and Rhone varietals (20% white) from some of the most acclaimed vineyards in Washington State, as well as Pinot Noir from Oregon.
This is a paid internship that will provide experience in all aspects of the harvest winemaking process…so if long days of fast-paced cleaning, fermentation cap management, fruit processing, barrel work, racking, ladder climbing, loud music, inoculations, pressing, followed by more cleaning, sound like pure joy, then please consider applying!
QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous harvest experience is preferred but not required.
-Forklift and/or lab experience a plus.
-Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
-Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, and can commit to working full-time+ hours when the season calls for it.
-Must be qualified for US Employment.
-Housing and transportation are unfortunately not provided at this time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, and performing strenuous physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Frequent work around electrical equipment
We are seeking candidates that will demonstrate a dedication to wine quality, great work ethic, an attention to detail, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Pay rate: $22/hr + OT
Vintage work will start in early August and finish sometime in November depending on vintage conditions.
