Pear Valley is seeking a dynamic individual for a full time wine production position. This role works directly with the winemaker through all aspects of winery life. We are an estate winery on Union Rd and opened our doors in 2009. The ideal candidate is passionate about our industry, self motivated, great communicator, and multitasker. Jobs will include, but not be limited to:

General wine work: rackings, toppings, so2 add't, steaming and equipment sanitation. We make clean wine, so cleanliness is key.
Running labs: In house wet chemistry
Date entry: Record keeping and data entry with IVIS software. Quarterly inventory.
Vineyard: Some irrigation/canopy management and petiole/grape sampling.
Tasting Room: Weekly wine orders replenishing inventory.

Must be 21+ years old with valid drivers license.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in wine production, but work ethics and desire are extremely important. Most duties can be taught.
Forklift certification is great, or we will update. Candidates need to be at home on a forklift.

This is a full time position and medical/dental are included. This position is currently open and would start immediately.
