About the Role
To lead and support bottling line operations by supervising production activities and personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met during assigned shifts. This role is essential to driving continuous improvement, maintaining compliance, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be responsible for:
Production Operations & Line Management
* Oversee daily operations of assigned bottling lines to ensure production goals, quality standards, and efficiency targets are met
* Monitor equipment performance, coordinate with maintenance teams, and respond to operational issues to minimize downtime
Team Leadership & Compliance
* Supervise and coach packaging technicians to ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and food safety requirements
* Support employee training and development, promote teamwork, and address performance or attendance issues as needed
Process Improvement & Documentation
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
* Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with evolving production practices and compliance standards
About You
* 5+ years of experience in a production environment, including direct supervisory responsibilities in high-speed manufacturing or bottling operations
* Leads by example with strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork, dependability, and a positive, collaborative work environment on the bottling line
* Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify production issues, streamline processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Adapts quickly to changing production demands while promoting innovative ideas to enhance line efficiency and product quality
* Communicates effectively with team members, management, and cross-functional departments through clear instructions, active listening, and consistent follow-up
* Demonstrates strong leadership and self-management, balancing shift priorities, coaching team members, and driving performance to meet production goals
* Maintains precise documentation and reporting related to production outputs, quality checks, and compliance requirements
* Must be at least 21 years of age
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate and translate both verbally and in writing
* Proficient in performing mathematical calculations to support production metrics, inventory tracking, and efficiency analysis
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JDE, Kronos, and SharePoint
* Demonstrated understanding of Continuous Improvement principles

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $79,000 to $87,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Sonoma, CA location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
