About the role
The purpose of this position is to manage and ensure the accuracy of production work orders and bottling operational transactions in the JD Edward system, as well as monitor and report on work order variances and production data.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for accurately inputting bottling operational transactions in JD Edward system prior to manufacturing accounting (Average cumulative quantity-ACQ, Ready to Cost, Master Route, etc)
* Review all production work orders and validating accuracy (current quantities, item numbers & unit of measure, etc)
* Ensure all post-production work order data is entered in JDE accurately and completed in a timely manner for primary and secondary production.
* Investigate production work order variances and the underlying reason
* Develop monthly reports summarizing the work order variances
* Complete weekly dry goods scrap reports
* Responsible for updating all work orders for the new fiscal year in JDE
* Responsible for creating and coordinating glass transfers for primary and mobile bottling
* Ensure SOP's relating to the above responsibilities are reviewed frequently and updated accordingly
* Provide support in creating work orders, developing production schedules, and facilitating production meetings as a backup to the Scheduling Manager
* Apply continuous improvement tools and principles
About You

* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Prefer Work experience in a manufacturing environment
* College degree (Business Admin/Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering) a plus, or relevant work experience

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $29.80 to $34.61 per hour and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Sonoma location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
