Domain HWH, a family winegrowing endeavor built to last for generations, is part of Pacific Union Co. The Domain has evolved through the decades and comprises three Napa Valley properties that form its pillars: Harlan Estate, founded in 1984; BOND, founded in 1996; and Promontory, founded in 2008. The Mascot—a wine made from the younger vines of the three estates—was established in 2012. Each of these undertakings is dedicated to the understanding of our land, and to faithfully translating the respective characters of the individual properties into their wines.

OBJECTIVE: Assist Logistics department with fulfillment, procurement, inventory, and logistics operations for Harlan Estate, BOND, Promontory and The Mascot.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule outbound shipments and wine transfers with preferred carriers.
Monitoring and evaluation of weather conditions around the world to ensure wine quality is not compromised during shipping.
Processing of domestic and international orders for shipment, including data review and management.
Manage the fulfillment of CRM cases.
Post all shipped orders in ShipCompliant and Business Central.
Ensure all shipments are compliant with state, federal and international regulations, or restrictions.
Assist with internal customer service-related inquiries.
Develop a working knowledge of all operating systems, standard processes, and equipment.
Support maintenance of order data management system.
Take an active role throughout the logistics department, with opportunities to shadow other roles and departments as available.
Assist in material purchasing and vendor management for logistics-related consumables and finished goods (labels, OWCs, etc.)

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all related duties as assigned.
Willing to work overtime and on weekends when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
Participation in SSU Wine Business program preferred.
Valid California Driver’s License.
Experience working with ShipCompliant, Business Central, Outlook and Excel helpful.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Manage priorities and workflow while demonstrating versatility and a willingness to work within a constantly evolving environment, with enthusiasm.
Work independently and as a member of various teams.
Understand, enforce, and comply with all safety requirements.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Calculate figures and amounts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
A percentage of work time may be spent in a warehouse where temperatures are cool, and noise level can be moderate to high.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The pay scale for this position is $19.00-$20.00 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. The Company reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
