As a Senior Recruiting Efficiency Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our recruitment processes, leveraging AI-driven tools, and integrating Agile methodologies to create a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
This position will be based in Modesto with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
What You'll Do:
As our Senior Recruiting Efficiency Specialist, you will:
• Innovate with Technology: Evaluate, create, and implement solutions leveraging existing or new technology, including SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Streamline Processes: Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and utilize bots to reduce manual tasks and improve accuracy.
• Optimize ATS: Partner with HRIS/ATS teams to design, enhance, and manage ATS functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other technologies.
• Lead Change: Govern Talent Acquisition processes, update process maps, and communicate changes to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Integrate Agile methodologies into daily activities, lead medium-sized continuous improvement projects, and mentor junior team members.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Maintain high standards of communication, feedback, and professionalism throughout the recruiting process.
• Leverage AI: Research and implement AI-driven tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and matching processes, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate and Support: Work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership on special initiatives and projects, providing technical expertise and project management.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo HR or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS or corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS or corporate agency or recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Experience working with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi for creating and analyzing business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to effectively communicate program results to business partners, with meticulous attention to detail in data management.
• Demonstrated expertise in fostering a collaborative team environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and team members, and effectively convey information in a collaborative environment.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart:
• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Gallo HR or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS or corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of HR or IT experience to include HRIS or corporate agency or recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Expertise in optimizing ATS and managing technology integrations.
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, and Bizagi for creating and analyzing business processesn.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to lead and manage projects. Must have a solid understanding of Agile principles, roles, events, and artifacts, with the ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team collaboration.
• Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, with substantial hands-on experience in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting on a national and/or global level, advanced understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance, and basic understanding of recruiting concepts and ability to present them to leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Compensation:
• Hiring Salary Range Posted: $91,500 -$137,300
• Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
