Cooper Mountain Vineyards is a small business in Beaverton, OR. Our goal is to provide a warm and inviting space for our entire community. Our land is our life and our life is our wine. Cooper Mountain Vineyards is a family venture that took root in the Willamette Valley over 45 years ago. We never set out to do anything other than make wines that express this special place where we grow grapes – sunshine, cool nights, fresh fruit that results in wines that are lively, but also shows soul.

Part-Time Seasonal Sales and Hospitality Tasting Room Associate. Sixteen to thirty two hours depending on tasting room traffic.

Cooper Mountain Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and organized individual to join our family run tasting room and winery. This is a part-time position, weekends required. Restaurant, retail, and wine background is a plus but not required.

Duties will consist of:
Meeting personal and group sales goals
Sales
Knowledge of our story our wines and the ability to communicate this to our guest
Glass washing/polishing and other similar tasks
Opening and closing duties
Working weekends and holidays is a requirement
Operate POS system
Monitors merchandise displays, wines stock and overall appearance of the tasting room
Assist with fulfilment on shipping orders
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all circumstances
Exceptional customer service and sales skills
Must be 21 years of age
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
Ability to stand on one’s feet for extended periods of time
Sense of urgency to help others in busy situations
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
