Dukes Family Vineyards is a small, family-owned winery located in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Hospitality Associate to join our seasonal tasting room team. As the face of Dukes in the tasting room, you will be responsible for providing guests with memorable and engaging experiences while educating them about our wines, vineyard practices and story.

Key Responsibilities:
-Welcome and guide guests through seated tasting experiences
-Share the story of Dukes Family Vineyards with warmth and enthusiasm
-Educate guests on our wines and winemaking philosophy
-Assist with wine sales, club sign-ups and other order fulfillment
-Maintain a clean, organized and inviting tasting room environment
-Set up and break down daily tastings
-Support small winery events as needed

Qualifications:
-Prior hospitality, customer service, or wine industry experience preferred
-Passion for wine and a desire to learn more
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
-Must be 21 years of age or older and able to lift 40lbs
-OLCC service permit required (or ability to obtain upon hire)

-Hourly pay depends on experience + tips + wine club sign-up bonuses
