Jett Wines, a small and dynamic winery nestled in the heart of Walla Walla wine country, is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team for the 2025 Harvest Season.

As a boutique winery focused on producing high-quality, small-lot wines, we offer a hands-on, immersive harvest experience. You'll work directly with our winemaking team and gain exposure to all aspects of cellar operations during one of the most exciting times of the year.



POSITION SUMMARY:

•  Job Title: Seasonal Cellar Technician
•  Location: Walla Walla, Washington
•  Duration: Approximately September - October 2025 (start/end dates flexible based on vintage)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

•  Assist with grape receiving, processing, and fermentation activities
•  Perform punchdowns, pumpovers, and additions
•  Sanitize and operate crush pad equipment, tanks, and tools
•  Barrel work, including filling, topping, racking, and cleaning
•  General cellar maintenance and cleaning
•  Accurately follow safety and winemaking protocols
•  Keep detailed and organized records of cellar activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  Previous harvest or cellar experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
•  Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
•  Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, work long hours, including weekends
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
•  Positive attitude and sense of humor (essential during harvest!)

WAGE TRANSPARENCY:

The base pay for this role ranges from $19.00- $22.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
