Who You Are: You are passionate about hospitality, wine, and creating connections. You have demonstrated success in a sales-focused role and live close enough to Napa Valley to feel comfortable with your commute.

A Day in the Life:
Providing exceptional customer service and wine education to our guests.
Ensuring sales and conversion goals are met.
Stocking wines and ensuring inventory needs are communicated to the tasting room leaders.
Setting up and breaking down tasting experiences and private events.
Ensuring glassware is buffed and set.
Participating in regular staff meetings and organizational check-ins.

Things We Need from You:
Ability to lift, carry, and move cases of wine, 50-60 lbs.
Move between tastings, including standing and walking for extended periods.
Ability to prioritize needs during a high volume of transactions.
Commitment to top-tier customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage relationships over the phone.
Weekend and some evening availability.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
