Job Opportunity: DTC Sales Manager for Lemelson Vineyards.
Lemelson Vineyards, a respected, longtime grower and producer of certified organic Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Pinot gris, and Riesling in Oregon's Willamette Valley, is seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional for the role of DTC Sales Manager. The successful candidate combines robust wine knowledge, extensive experience managing sales, and digital fluency with a demonstrated ability to work as an integral part of a team. In addition, the ideal applicant possesses a value set that reflects the owner and founder’s lifelong commitment to organic farming practices, as well as a broad awareness of the importance of environmental commitments by businesses. Key Responsibilities:
DTC Sales & E-Commerce:
• Manage the tasting room and its staff, providing training and guidance to enhance our guest’s experience. High visibility at the winery and in our markets with our customer
base, including in our tasting room, will represent an important element of this position. This leadership position entails weekend work.
• Drive DTC sales by managing the winery’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Optimize online storefronts, product listings, and digital marketing campaigns to increase sales conversion rates.
• Develop and implement email marketing and digital advertising strategies to promote online sales and special offers.
• Monitor DTC sales performance, using analytics to refine marketing and pricing strategies.
Marketing & Customer Engagement:
• Collaborate with the DTC team, including hospitality, to create compelling campaigns for both wine club members and online customers.
• Leverage CRM tools and customer data to personalize outreach and offers.
• Develop loyalty programs and exclusive promotions to retain high-value customers.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wine club growth, retention rates, online sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative strategies to optimize revenue streams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of goals and strategies across departments.
• Manage budgets for DTC marketing campaigns, events and promotions, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Wine Club:
• Work with existing wine club manager to develop and execute strategies to grow and retain wine club memberships through targeted promotions, referrals, and personalized
experiences.
• Enhance the member experience by providing exceptional customer service and personalized communication.
• Analyze membership data to improve retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
• Plan and execute exclusive wine club events and experiences to strengthen member loyalty.
