Are you passionate about wine and love creating unforgettable guest experiences? Hestan Vineyards, located in the heart of Napa Valley in downtown Yountville, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Tasting Room Associate to join our team!

Position: Part-Time (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

In this role, you'll be the face of our Tasting Salon—guiding guests through our exceptional wines, building lasting connections, and sharing the Hestan story. Your expertise and warm hospitality will help drive sales, foster consumer loyalty, and grow our wine club membership.

Essential Duties:
- Craft unique, memorable tasting experiences.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our visitors.
- Represent Hestan professionally, graciously, and enthusiastically.
- Maintain a welcoming, warm, and clean tasting environment.
- Contribute to winery sales and wine club sign-up goals.
- Process orders accurately using our POS system.
- Assist with phone inquiries and booking tasting reservations.
- Become knowledgeable and comfortable selling Hestan cookware.
- Support management with tasks and assignments as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Participate in special events and off-site pouring opportunities as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with keen attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Energetic and personable with guests.
- Sales-motivated with a passion for wine.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality/sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay proactive during slower periods.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidate must pass a pre-employment physical exam and drug screening.
