Position Description:
We are looking for a relentless closer; a hunter who thrives on building pipeline, completing outbound activities, and turning interest into revenue. If you’re the type who gets excited by hitting targets, prospecting daily, and converting leads into customers, this role is for you.
The DTC Sales & Revenue Lead owns the sales performance across ecommerce, subscriptions, gifting, and corporate clients. You’ll spend your time selling; prospecting new accounts, closing deals, and launching promotions that drive real results.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, including outreach, discovery calls, proposals, and closing.
• Drive daily outbound sales efforts for ecommerce, subscription, and corporate gifting opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets across all DTC revenue streams.
• Prospect, pitch, and close B2B corporate gifting clients, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch high-performing sales campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze performance and pipeline data to identify trends, optimize sales strategy, and increase conversions.
• Partner with the customer retention team to support upselling, repurchasing, and subscription longevity.
• Manage a continuous testing loop on ecommerce and email offers to improve close rates.
• Attends and participates in mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• 3–5 years' experience in direct sales experience, ideally in ecommerce, subscription, or CPG.
• Proven success in outbound sales and closing B2C and B2B sales.
• Experience building and managing a pipeline and achieving aggressive sales targets.
• Strong communicator with confidence in prospecting, pitching, and negotiating.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of handling sales conversations with corporate clients.
• Interest in food and wine is a bonus, but hunger to win is essential.
• Must be comfortable working on feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to work both inside and outside in varied weather conditions.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and as required for special events and activities.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
• This is a remote position but requires residence in Bay Area for occasional onsite work.
