Cuvaison Estate Wines is looking for motivated harvest interns for the 2025 vintage! We produce approximately 40,000 cases per year of ultra premium wines from the Napa Valley. Cuvaison owns 270 acres of vineyards in Napa Valley Carneros and 100 acres on Napa Valley Mt. Veeder. Varietals include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Internship starts approx. mid-August and will last thru mid-November. We are based in Carneros and located near the town of Napa. Candidates will be responsible for locating their own housing and transportation. Previous winery work experience is preferred.

Harvest cellar interns will assist the production team in the following areas:
Basic Lab Analysis
Fermentation monitoring
Equipment sanitations
Fruit Sorting
Grape sampling, crushing, and pressing
Juice rackings
Additions
Barrel filling
Barrel Preparations
Pumpovers and Punchdowns
Assisting our custom crush clients when needed.
Requirements:
Ability to read, write and speak English
Basic math skills
Ability to accurately complete work instructions
Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Ability to climb stairs, stand, and walk for long hours
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions and inside a cool, noisy cellar
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, and take pride in their work.
